A Bit of ‘How’s Your Father?’

While I was working on the pictures for this post I started to think about the playful terms and phrases we have in our vocabulary for sex. So, I figured I’d have a little romp through the words we use for a little ‘rumpy pumpy’.

I’m going to avoid the straight out adult terms and focus on the phrases that come to my mind. I’m sure there are many others that are commonly used in slang terms in other countries but this is what I’ve ‘come up’ with so far.

• Making Babies

• Romp
• Banging Bones
• Making Whoopee
• Nookie (*sings Limp Bizkit and giggles*)
• Roll in the Hay
• Hanky Panky
• Makin’ Bacon

I have to say thinking about these and some other words for kinks or sexual arousal gave me a total  attack of the giggles.

I originally got to thinking about this because of the word ROMP, which, I have to say, has got to be one of my favourites. It’s so playful, light and fun and conjures up some great ideas and images. ROMP was in my mind while I was editing the pictures of this fun set from unKindness. The Fetish set consists of the mirror and the posing wall display set.

So, there you go, a mini-tour through my mind and how it goes from Hanky Panky to Nookie and everywhere in between via ROMP!
