Monday rolled around real quick after a super busy weekend. On Saturday I had the delightful, if a little nerve-wracking, experience of interviewing Blueberry and Sophia Harlow at The Blogger & Vlogger Network Meet the Designer presentation. There were lots of points that they both made that I found useful and interesting and if you missed the presentation you can view it on the BVN YouTube Channel.
I got to thinking about how to photograph and blog items in ways that aren’t necessarily expected. In this example, lingerie…yes I could have done a sexy bedroom or background shot and I’m certainly not knocking them…I’ve done plenty of them, but I wanted to take the outfit out of the norm and try something different.
I used the backdrop/scene that we’ve put together at the BVN Sandbox so that people can enter the BVN Thereafter Photo Contest and win the opportunity to blog for the event.
