Seeking comfort

One of the last things I need to be is a comfort eater but I am.  I hear all these people saying that when they are worried, upset, or stressed they can’t eat or sleep…I’m the polar opposite. I can do both without issue. This time of year there is lots of food, chocolate, cake, and biscuits all left over from the Christmas period in the house. Though  I’ve done my best today to get rid of as many of them as possible.
