Back from vacation last week and it was a busy one. So busy in fact that my holiday feels like it was 2 months ago instead of 2 weeks ago. That’s partly because the SL shifted into the whole Fall/Halloween season while I was gone! And, I am here for it!
I had seen some wips of this sweater for the absolutely glorious human being known as Emma Gilmour, the creator behind Mellow Elie. She been a super busy Mellow Mama while I was away releasing the Canal Skirt for Flagship week and now releasing the Grimrose Sweater and Fable Leggings at FaMESHed.
Aside from the fact that the items are spectacular and she is a downright beautiful person one of the other things I love about her creations is the thought she puts into how you are going to use them and wear them. For example. her Ranch Boots (available at her mainstore) come in a version she calls No Shaft (it makes me giggle too) but basicallly it’s a version of the boot without the ankle upwards of the boot so you can wear it under long pants. With the Canal skirt she has given us an option to turn on and off the top ruffle so sweaters and tops from her store AND other people’s stores will fit with the skirt.
The pattern texture on the front of the sweater I am wearing is also removable so you can just wear it as a beautiful Fall sweater. It comes in 6 colours with a bonus colour in the Fatpack!
