Pisces

I’m not hugely into all the Astrological stuff but a whole bunch of Pisces quotes start to appear in my feeds around this time of year. It is Pisces season after all.

I loved being a Pisces and the imagery of the two fishes. My grandmother’s birthday was 2 days after mine and when I was a kid I always thought the fishes were me and her…I still do, even if she is a fish with heavenly wings now.

Some of the quotes hit hard. I know my friends have been irritated by my ability to “flog a dead horse” in terms of relationships in the past. I give too many chances before I reach my limit and then I just walk away, quietly, and without drama but once I am done, I am very very done. On top of being a Pisces I’m an INFJ personality type so I feel and absorb other people’s emotional pain. I’d rather hurt myself than hurt somebody else. I withdraw, a bit at a time, from situations instead of pulling off the proverbial band-aid.

So, is there something in these horoscopes because the quotes i’ve been reading are pretty close to the mark or is just my personality happens to be in line with many other people born at the same time of year?
