I love Autumn…or Fall as it is often referred to. I love Winter too as, in real life, I am sooooo not a Summer person. So, Autumn signals the turn in the weather and a fresher, crisp chill in the air that I long for through the summer heat. Many of my happiest memories of childhood are from Bonfire Nights in early November and family Christmas’s with loved ones.
Another reason is the colours of Autumn are so appealing to me, oranges, burnt siennas, dark greens, yellows, tans and golden browns. I can’t wait for Autumn shopping too and we’re already starting to see some fabulous items getting us ready for the season like this superb Autumn Vanity Table from unKindness at the September round of faMESHed. This is going to look absolutely perfect in my autumnal house and garden I plan putting together over the next couple of weeks.
