When a Moon Hits Your Eye Like a Big Pizza Pie…

I’ve tried Pizza in New York…and Chicago…and Italy. My favourite is a really simple Italian pizza that I had in Sorrento…thin base, smothered in gooey melted mozzarella, topped with roasted baby tomatoes and generously garnished with fresh arugula. I’ve tried to recreate it at home but like many holiday meals it’s not quite the same in the rainy UK with imported tomatoes, supermarket mozzarella and the Bellini I was sipping while I ate this in Italy was definitely missing too! It’s hard to find someone that doesn’t love a great pizza though and whether you think NY, Chicago or Italian is the best we all have our favourites flavours.
