I’ve had a very peculiar week and weekend emotionally. Nothing particularly triggered it but I found myself feeling lower than I have in a long time with no good reason. However, once I was down it seemed like everything that happened just pushed me down deeper into my doldrum. Even Facebook had a ‘kick her while she’s down’ approach to their memes. I did one of those fun memes that was supposed to reveal the initial of someone that secretly liked you. Why not, I thought, it’s just a bit of silly fun. The result of my ‘test’ was ‘No one loves you is the name of the person who loves you’ Gee, thanks Facebook! I know full well there are people that love me…my friends, family etc. But, when you’re down already even the silliest stuff like that can feel like the stars are aligning to give you even more of a dig. It always passes. Keeping busy, getting your head down and working through the negative voices is how I deal with it. Sunday was a much more positive day and lots of fun too. I did my collaboration photo with my BVN collab partner and will be showing you that tomorrow.
