Good morning and happy Saturday! I had a day off work yesterday and caught up on sleep that I didn’t even know I needed to. I went for a nap around 1pm and woke up 5 hours later!!! I didn’t think I’d sleep well last night after having slept most of the day but I still got a good 6 hours in so I’m feeling pretty refreshed and raring to go today! This is handy as I’m out in real life tonight celebrating my sister-in-laws 60th birthday. Now you might think that would be a quiet, reserved affair…20 years ago I would of thought that too but as I’ve gotten older I’ve realised you don’t party any differently as you get older. You’re just as loud, just as raucous…you just need a bit more recovery time than you did before. Maybe I should just write-off Sunday now?
