Kitchen Warmth

I’ve already started to notice some winter photos appearing on blogs and in Flickr and even though it feels like it just arrived the winter season is making its way into our Second Lives. I’ve always preferred Autumn but do love the cosiness of winter. I like the dark nights, the sound of frost underfoot, the warmth of my house hitting my face as I come in from the freezing outdoors. I like winter food too. I love throwing ingredients in the slow cooker in the morning before work and coming home to a house full of the aroma of the stew or casserole almost ready to eat.

In SL I’m particularly looking forward to winterising our home for Thanksgiving and Christmas. When Artem and I were decorating our house we already picked out the spot for the Christmas tree and as this time of year was special for us last year with lots of amazing memories, I for one, am looking forward to our second winter together.
