Relaxation

It’s Monday again already? The weekend went quickly, as they always do. I spent far too much of it online but did get a lot done in terms of photographs and even got to spend some time with good friends and catch up with some people I hadn’t seen or spoken to in a long time at my friend Jamie’s DJ set.

I’ve talked about it before but I am a great believe in Parkinson’s Law. The theory that “work expands to fit the time allotted.” I know this is true in my rl job and I see myself fall into this in Second Life sometimes. If I have half hour to do a task I will take half hour to do a task. If I have a free day with no plans I can make that damn task fill the day with ease. It’s why I also believe in the phrase ‘if you want something done ask a busy person.” because they will manage their time and tasks.

Anyways, time to get some rl work done for the day. Have a great Monday.
