Working 9-5

I wrote this post yesterday but then real life took over and I didn’t get the opportunity to post it!

I’m going to try not to turn into another Brit complaining about the weather but I went into the office today….not doing that again in a hurry. At home I can work comfortably, in shorts and a tee shirt, with doors and windows open and a breeze. At work it was a good 100 degrees in the office this morning after being locked up overnight and the sun having been beating in through the windows since 6am. It was a greenhouse and extremely uncomfortable. I lasted an hour and then went home to work. Still hot and bothered but a lot more productive than I would have been had I stayed in the office.

I may have squealed a bit when I realised how well the two items I’m wearing today went together. The top if from Dead Doll and the pants are beautiful tailored trousers from ISON. Remember back in the day when Luxe Box was around? I think we all had a few brands that pulled us into that. ISON was definitely one of mine. I can’t resist grabbing a fatpack from them because I can never decide which colour I want!
