It hasn’t been snowing this Christmas where I am but it’s been bitterly cold and we’ve all been snuggled up with hot water bottles in our Christmas sweaters with big Santa socks on to keep our feet warm.
I simply love this time of year when everything is cold and chilled. It’s so much more atmospheric and fun…oh and the food is better than summer salads!
