Salt in the Air, Sand in my Hair

Hearing some club classics on the radio yesterday I was instantly transformed back to the heady days of the Summers of my younger days. Songs can do that right? Take you away to a time and place filled with memories…like you were right there and can touch, taste and feel it.

I woke up rather early today and the first thing I saw on Facebook was Illy Reign’s post with her Saturday Sale item so I immediately grabbed a couple of pairs of those…at L$75 each it’s frankly rude not to! Then I started the daunting task of trying to get into Summerfest which opened today. I am not easily broken….but I came close after tp attempt after tp attempt failed before my eyes. Then finally I was able to raise my hands and thank the gods of the letmein hud as I landed at one of my favourite events.

I had a shopping list prepared but the biggest priced item I bought I hadn’t even seen prior to arriving. I have been ecstatically happy with my League mesh head appliers and it was the fact that League produced them that made me take the leap to the mesh head at all and I will continue to be in love with the Milla applier but I am cheating on her with the new Lara Hurley Mesh Head Applier set. I adore the lips, the eye make up and most of all the freckles! Summer freckles! I’m sorry Milla but there is a new girl in this relationship and her name is Iza.
