These Are a Few of My Favourite Things

During a planning meeting for a SL TV Show about MadPea myself, and the host Saffia Widdershins of Designing Worlds, went off at a tangent and started to discuss our SL homes.  We both keep our work spaces separate from our homes and found that we both have a favourite spot in our homes that we gravitate to subconsciously.

Mine is my greenhouse/potting shed. I grow Plantpets and this is where I keep them all and sit with the flowers around me while I chat with friends in IM or as I am right now, writing this.  Plantpets are breedable plants though all they need to grow is watering which you don’t have to buy any additional items for. I think several of my friends thought ‘I’m going to water my plants’ was a euphemism until they saw the greenhouse and all the different types of flowers, plants and trees I have growing there.

I’m always on the look out for items to add to my shabby chic garden space and I fell instantly in love with unKindness’ Shabby Cabinets at The Seasons Story. There are four different designs and if you edit linked objects and click on the drawers you can rearrange them in and out of the cabinet to suit your own taste.

It’s Monday morning now and I have to leave my peaceful SL space for a busy day at work…I’m looking forward to returning to my space later today. Have a lovely Monday everyone.
