My home in Second Life is somewhere that will never reject me or abandon me. It’s the place I can go to and sink into the armchair in front of the fire and feel completely at peace. The contrast of the tranquility of home and the chaos of the waves crashing against the rocks in front of the house makes me wish I had the exact version of this somewhere in real life other than just in my head. . Whatever the dangers outside, whether it’s the elements of nature or the fear of pain caused by another person my home is always welcoming and forgiving.
