Beautiful Disaster

This was fun! As i mentioned yesterday my SL is all about fun right now. This weekend it’s muggy and raining on and off where I am but honestly feeling pretty buoyed up by life.  I have an opportunity in my real life job that should be coming to fruition over the next few weeks to move into a role that lets me do all the things I like doing! I used to work for a marketing agency and I’ve spent most of my working life working in sales and marketing but a couple of years ago I moved into an administration role…almost by accident. I’ve enjoyed it and obviously I’ve kept my marketing ‘hand’ in by working in that sphere in Second Life. However, I’ve been asked to take on more responsibility for social media for a specialist unit within the organisation I work for. Basically all the things I get to do in SL I am being able to do in RL too.

The change in my role is not something that I have pushed for at all. Fortunately the skills and experience have been noticed by my colleagues and line managers and I was offered the role. I’ve been doing the role informally for a little while but over the next few weeks it should all become official…both in title and in the pay packet!

About the Stuff:

Epiphany is up and running and I had lots of fun playing Beauty Queen with the Dead Dollz Miss Chievous collection from dressing up in the RARE Finalist gown to playing around, and finally settling on, a sash to wear.  Pretty sure my friends will be wondering why I didn’t go for Miss Sarcasm…I have my reasons :p

The set is exclusively made for Maitreya bodies  and contains 15 items in total 6 sashes, 4 Presentation dresses, 4 swimsuits and the Rare finalists formal dress. The presentation dress and the swimsuit come with a hud and a range of colours in brights, strong, neutrals and pastels.
