When is a skirt more than a skirt? When it inspires a whole outfit. Anyone that’s followed the blog, or knows me well, knows that Autumn (as we call it on this side of the pond) is my favourite time of the year. Aside from the crisp air and the significance of the shedding of leaves to make way for new things when Spring comes around, it’s the colours and vibrancy of those colours that I love the most. So I’m at home clicking through the colour options on this fabulous skirt from ChicModa (all of which are gorgeous) and come across this stunning autumnal pattern. I was literally bald and naked except for the skirt and the outfit built up around it. It’s one of the things I love about blogging and Second Life in general…how you can see one item and it inspires a look, or a room, or an event or a theme.
