No Contest

While I was taking this photo yesterday with the gorgeous EXIS I had an IM from a blogger to share some exciting news. She had been selected as a blogger for The Skinnery and she was super excited and wanted to share her news. She had asked me for some advice on her blog a few weeks ago and I’d helped where I could (though I couldn’t help much – she was already super good!). I was happy and excited for her news and very proud of her because I know how hard she’s been working on improving and raising her profile. The acceptance to blog was a big win for her and the result of that hard work. I was thinking back on the results of the survey I did a few weeks ago and I had talked about how I feel it’s important to share and enjoy the successes of our blogger friends in the community. I literally love seeing people do well at the things they have set themselves goals for. Wouldn’t it be amazing if everyone did!

Huge thank you to EXIS for dropping everything and hopping on over to play some volleyball with me for this shot! It was great to catch up and she’s generally all-round divine to talk to and work with.
