Cozy Christmas Cuddles

A few years ago when I was a baby blogger I attended a talk about decor blogging by Wendz Tempest of Cozey SL. I sat there like a sponge trying to soak up everything she said. I wrote more notes in that hour than I think I ever did at a lesson at school or in my working life. Wendz talked about a lot of things that day…about the balance of a scene, colour, windlights and the reason I’m bringing this up now…mistakes. Wendz said something along the lines that she often spots an error or mistake in her scenes or photos and she deliberately leaves them in to give the photo a bit of a quirk or difference.

Well, I made a humdinger with this photo but you won’t see it. I couldn’t sleep well last night. I’d gone to bed early after taking my photo and starting to edit it. I woke up at 4am and unable to return to sleep I got up and decided to finish the editing of the photo. Which is when I noticed a huge glaring error. This was confirmed when I checked the name of the item and by rotated it to see I had it backwards. So, I reshot the photo at about 4.30am this morning and edited it when I woke up after returning to bed for a few more hours sleep. For those of you that are curious here’s a gyazo of the original, raw, photo with the error so you can see what an idiot I was!
