So I don’t blog for a week and then there is two posts in one day. For the Brits that follow my blog they will understand the analogy ‘Like a London Bus’…wait ages for one and then two come along together.
I wrote a week ago about not really ‘feeling’ photographs and blogging for a while and I’m really hoping my holiday in Croatia next week and the break revitalises me. Another issue I’ve had is with Facebook. I manage a few different pages and post a lot on those. Facebook seems to be on a mission at the moment to ban a lot of content based on whatever algorithm they have. It is far from accurate. Last week I posted a video for Flourish Sales Studio which was immediately flagged as having inappropriate content. I appealed – as I was confident this was incorrect. Within a couple of hours they reacted, reposting the video and apologising. However, they did not unblock me personally and even though I have appealed three times in the last 6 days they haven’t answered. So basically I’ve been blocked from using Facebook and any of its functions like messenger for zero reason other than their overzealous blocking of the video content which they already said was ok and in error. This is the third time they have done it to me now and the length of time of each ban keeps going up…1 day, 3 days, 7 days…if I get banned again it will be 30 days. It’s been super frustrating, to say the least.
