Open Season

The title might seem quite random. It’s just two words from a song that I have on loop in my head today.

I’m sorry. I’ve woken up in a terribly melancholy mood and I’ve sat looking at this page for half an hour thinking about what to write and nothing is springing to mind. I had some song lyrics jump to mind but they are far to depressing for the scene I’m blogging. Melancholy moods means melancholy tunes and yeah, no one needs me sharing my dirges first thing in the morning. The picture is far too light for my darkness.

What I am blogging today:

The post is jam-packed with goodies from the latest events around the grid and some of my favourite inventory items. The whole scene started with the sofa release from Granola and the Loft & Aria Whittaker release at Uber. There are always lots of options for texture changes with Loft & Aria so I found myself going and back and forth on the throw texture for quite some time. It’s an embarrassment of riches in some ways but I am not complaining!

Once the white, black and gold theme was established I had to add in the gorgeous candle collection from Fancy Decor now at Collabor88. No room is complete without food, in my humble opinion, and June at Dahlia does does such amazing treats! Check them all out!
