No One Can Reap the Fruit Before Planting the Tree

I am really missing blogging as much as I used to. I find decorating particularly therapeutic. The act of creating beauty from chaos is very fulfilling…trust me, when I’ve pulled out 50 items from inventory all over the place it is total chaos. I enjoy the sense of achievement when I have completed a scene and again when I have finished the photo edit. 

RL and SL work activities have taken a lot of my time away from blogging but it’s a joy to get some time to put something together when I do find a little extra time. 

What I am blogging today:
 
Someone told me the other day that it’s impossible to take a bad photograph of Nutmeg items and I would be inclined to agree with them. Neva’s sets always lend themselves to dreamy, vintage style shots and there is nearly always mouth-watering food included too! This set is a new release at a new event called The Food Court which opened last week. I sadly haven’t been able to get over to the event yet but have seen a lot of the items that are available and there are some beauties! 
 
The fireplace featured in the capture is from Merak and was released late last year. It’s beautifully detailed and I like that the logs and fire area is separate so if you didn’t want to use the fire, or pack that area with alternate decor you could.
