Happy Weekend! The Christmas Tree went up at home yesterday and the holly wreath was added to the front door of the house. Christmas Day is going to be a quiet affair so I might actually get to experience Christmas in SL more than I would normally. My big family day is Boxing Day and the big meal is going to be breakfast.
Breakfast is always special at Christmas but it will be the only one meal that we are all going to be there for this Christmas…my kids, their partners and their kids. So, I plan making a breakfast fit for a King. I’ve been reading up on some recipes…I’m not going down the traditional English breakfast route… there will be lots of fresh fruit and yoghurt and I’ve bought some raw honeycomb to go with that. Mini toasted bagels and a build-your-own bagel board of cheeses, ham and salmon. Festive citrus spices pancakes and avocado on sourbread toast. I’m making msyelf hungry just talking about it!
