The absolute best thing about having your own sim is there is always somewhere to go take pictures. I am loving seeing all the photos people have been creating at Deer River and when I wanted a backdrop for this photo I immediately thought of the landing point area for Deer River.
I was going to make the photo a lot more seafarey (don’t think that’s a real word!) as my SL daughter Tilly keeps telling my boyfriend he looks like a Pirate. He doesn’t. His profile picture does, but he doesn’t. But it’s stuck as a joke and neither of us are letting him forget it!
In other news I am taking a step back into dj’g with my first set tomorrow at The Burrow, 9-11am SLT. I’m looking forward to a couple of hours of awesome alt and indie tunes from the last 30 years or so and if you think you’d enjoy some Sunday morning fun times and tunes, come along! I may or may not slip in some Pirate rock for our resident Jolly Roger!
