I’m a coffee lover…especially that first hit in the morning where you literally feel the caffeine kick course through your veins. That said I do try to limit the number of cups I have per day to 4. While that first cup gives me that needed boost I’ve never been kept awake by caffeine, even when I was drinking up to 9 or 10 cups a day. I could easily drink a double espresso and go to bed and sleep soundly 10 minutes later,
