I was touched by the comments on my last post about the freedom of writing about feelings and how it was an outlet for so many. A few comments weere about how it felt like I had found my voice and my freedom to talk and that really resonated with me..because 100% that is how I feel now.

I used to use my blog as an outlet for thoughts and feelings and then I became more timid and controlled about what I expressed. Not no more. I mean, I’m unlikely to call out individuals or name names. That is not my style but also that is not what talking is for. It’s not about shaming it’s about me. It’s my space, my place. It’s for me and my mental health. Lord knows I need to focus on that as my physical health has been down the pan the last month.

My phrase of the week is “rules are made to be broken”. I set myself a whole set of rules for how I would move forward with my SL and in approximately 3 hours someone came into my life that made me throw out, set fire and pretend my rule book never existed and I am completely fine with it. I have gotten burned in the past by rushing into things and my taking it slow. One is far more fun than the other. I may get burned again, who knows. I think it’s going to be fun finding out though!
