I Am Not A Number

I’m in that space right now where I’m happy with my own company and the company of my nearest and dearest in SL. I keep myself busy with numerous projects and blogging. I’m certainly not actively looking for someone but I’m open to the idea if I met the right person. I do sometimes think it would be nice to have someone for companionship, hanging out, dancing oh and photographs. I miss taking pics with someone the most.

The thing I find frustrating though is the time-wasters. As I said, I keep myself busy in SL so if I make time for someone it means I like them and want to get to know them better. I think I’ve encountered several people who are playing the number games…talk to lots of girls and see which one puts out first. Well, I can tell you now, that’s highly unlikely to be me. The guys who are just im’g every woman in a club to see where they get in the shortest space of time. It’s even happened when a group of my friends have been at a venue and we’re laughing because one guy is im’g all of us with the same lines…and probably 20 others too.

So, yes, I’m happy to chat with people, make new friends and hang out but it’s going to take someone pretty exceptional to make me believe I’m not just a number.
