Cool Down

Summer weather can’t come quickly enough for me..and by summer, I mean British summer…that means it just stops raining for a few days.  My friend Del keeps sharing photos of her Florida home and pool and I admit I’m jelly AF! I think I’m gonna have to wrangle a visit Stateside to see her soon.  That said, there’s a few people I’d want to catch up with when I’m there…have a sneaky feeling I wouldn’t want to come home again if I did though….especially from one person in particular.

My last visit to the States was in 2014 and I took in Washington DC, New York and Boston and caught up with two Second Life friends.  I’ve met a lot of my SL friends in real life, the ones based in the UK but those in the States are harder to get to.  Weather wise I know I’d rather go there than put them through a shitty British summertime.
