No more RL work for me now for a looooooong time…well until the 2nd January anyways. On Friday my colleagues and I were talking about the music we have on in the house on Christmas morning. My co-worker’s husband is in the choir of a nearby Cathedral and she was telling me how they differ on the music they want to hear at home on the day. He wants choral music while she wants anything but! We have a few must-have Christmas tunes on our playlist for Christmas morning. Michael Bublé’s Christmas album, Bing Crosby and David Bowie’s Little Drummer Boy and another Bing song my kids, and myself, love to hear Mele Kalikimaka.
I am the first to complain about Christmas music in September, October and November but when it’s close to the big day, or on the day itself, music is as important as all the other elements that go into making Christmas Day feel so special,
