First We Eat…

“First we eat, then we do everything else.”

Short post today. My sleep can be erratic…anywhere between 5 hours and 9 hours depending on the day of the week. I can usually have a few short nights and then catch up on some sleep over the weekend. Last night was a late one as I worked on a project and then when I went to bed I couldn’t get to sleep. I started to read my book and as I’m toward the end of a thriller it started to get very exciting and then I couldn’t put it down. Long and short of that is I have only had about 4 hours sleep. I’m tired. I can see the physical effects of the lack of sleep…my eyes are blurry and I feel physically lethargic. The mental effects mean I’m a bit grumpy…actually I’m very grumpy and my ‘social filter’ is screwy. If you don’t follow me on social media today might be a good time to start…it could get interesting. Early night for me tonight, that’s for sure!
