Turn Down These Voices

I have a song bugging me at the moment. Not the song itself but I remember hearing it in a TV show or film recently and I can’t remember which it was. I’ve checked imdb and tunefind websites and googled too. I also can’t recall if it’s the original or a cover I heard which is making the task even more challenging. This is the sort of thing that will play on my mind until I find the answer. The song is called “I Can’t Make You Love Me” and the original was by Bonnie Rait but I’m fairly confident the version I heard was by Tank. Any suggestions let me know before I drive myself crazy!

So, I have never had much confidence with editing photos of my avatar but I have been trying super hard to learn more and the new photoshop actions from The SL Spoon are really helping me out. I’ve blogged about them a couple of times now and I still haven’t used the hair strands but I’m really enjoying the difference it’s making to my avie photos.

I have tried close-up/green screen portraits before and never been happy with the results but I wanted to blog the jewellery from Dahlia at Tannenbaum, which opened yesterday. I’m super happy with the results of a first serious try at a Portrait and I’m looking forward to trying them again on another close-up soon.
