Today was the first day that I had got a chance to do a photo for a while and I find it so therapeutic to blog that I need more time to do it right now. The real world is a scary place and we need our escape from it…well, I know I do. I’ve decided to try and avoid the news as much as possible this weekend. I’ve been so plugged into every little piece of news across the UK, Europe and the States…it’s just been too much and I think it’s going to be healthier for me to at least take a step back over the weekend.
I have been re-deployed at work from Monday to work in an area that is going to bring in much closer contact with the effects of the Coronavirus on my local community and the hospital I work in. I know it’s going to be emotionally and mentally draining and I need to be the best mental shape that I can for what is to come.
