I came to the sushi thing late….for years my co workers have raved about sushi and sushi bars and how good it is and it just never appealed to me so I never tried it. Until about a year ago. IN fact it must have been a year because it was the last face to face conference I attended for work. The lunch buffet included sushi and I gave it a try! Now, I’m never gonna be a wasabi fan but I really enjoyed everything else!
