Flower Child

This month has flown by so quickly but toward the end of the month I do like to look back and consider what I’ve achieved in the month that has passed and what I have coming up in the future….and as always there is a lot coming up in the future. I have a tendency to over commit myself personally…and by that I mean to myself, not to other people. I have gotten a lot better at saying no to other people. That was hard to learn. I’m generally a pleaser so saying no to people was extremely challenging because it’s my nature to not want to disappoint people. That said, the person I still find it hard to say no to is myself. I wanna do something, I set myself the challenge of doing it…whether I have the time or not. I’ll make the time is my attitude. Sometimes that puts me under a lot of pressure but at least the only person I can disappoint and let down is myself.
