No sooner is Christmas behind us but we start to think about how we will see in the New Year. For once I am actually looking forward to the new year celebrations in Second Life. I don’t have any firm plans per se but I know I will be spending it with Mr Smith and I’m sure, our closest friends.
Talking of friends I took the opportunity of some time off work and Mr Smith being away to borrow his bestie Phen for a photo! I’m pretty sure he’s going to be jelly because I know he’s been wanting to take a photo with her for some time but I got there first! I mentioned the idea to her the other day and as it happened we both had adorable cocktail dresses to blog. I’m wearing Dead Doll’s latest release at Uber and Phen is stunning in the Tindra dress from Diversion which is available at the eBody Event.
One of the most joyous elements of the last part of 2021 has been enjoying my SL socially again after such a long, long time. That is due in large part to the aforementioned Mr Smith but also to how welcoming his friends have been to me. I knew Phen before I met Archer and it was at one of her DJ sets at Burrow that I met him. Since then I’ve been blessed to get to know Phen, and her partner Trace, and to say it’s been a riot is an understatement. Meeting Archer brought not just one, but three, of the most genuine, authentic people into my life and I’m very grateful for that.
