What Happens if I Click This? Updating my Blogroll

I spent a good couple of hours on Spotify last night all because of one song. I heard the song at a club and looked up the artist on spotify and after deciding to download the whole album I started to click through on the related artists links. Several downloads and hours later I had found 10 new artists that I hadn’t heard of before that I liked and wanted to add to my music library and playlists etc.

The same happens when I visit blogs and look at their blogrolls. These are usually listed somewhere on the blog on the front page and include links to blogs or website that the blog owner follows or has an interest in. I had recently changed the way that The Glamour Sauce looks and one of the things I missed making sure still appeared was my Blogroll. I spent yesterday updating the Blogroll and adding lots of new links to my favourite blogs.  Blogrolls on your favourite blogs are a great way to find new bloggers and feeds to follow just as I did on Spotify with related music content. After all, if you like that blogger wouldn’t you want to know where they look for inspiration and ideas?
