Sensual Sequins

I’ve just finished reading Sady’s post from today after she mentioned that she left a message for some of her nearest and dearest in the bottom of the post.  I get it, I really do. I can’t say that I know exactly how she feels, especially with all the real-life stuff, but I do get the overwhelming feeling of wanting to protect oneself from being hurt. Sometimes there’s not even fault or blame in another person, just a situation that’s untenable, that can bring hurt and upset. We build our walls up (yes a cliche), for a reason. In my experience, those walls are just of capable of hurting us as anyone else is. But I know she knows that. I’m not going to say too much more about that…I’m going to show you a video I made with Sady yesterday and I’m going to leave a link to a song that is very special to me on the subject of letting someone in at the bottom, after the credits.
