Very quick post this morning as I have to travel with work again today so my routine is a bit thrown out. I didn’t realise how much of a creature of morning habit I was until last minute changes that affect my morning happen and I really do not like it at all. It makes me feel tilted. I’m writing this real quick while the car defrosts after last nights heavy frost and it’s super early in the morning! The upside? I get to take the extra time back soon!
