Little Things

I was super excited yesterday because I ordered a new desk/workstation for my computer. I’ve been making do with an old, small, quite cramped space for my computer and two large screens for years and so the idea of a new space has been very appealing, I’ve been looking at desks for some time and found one yesterday that ticked all the boxes and was reasonably priced. I placed the order, based on the delivery options…it would be delivered on Saturday. Perfect timing as I have the week off work.

Late last night I received an email from the company saying they would be delivering it today! Now, that is a little inconvenient because I am at work but I work close to home and have a manager who is quite flexible with how we work.

They say it’s the little things in life that make you happy…well the little thing for me is the thought of a nice, tidy, comfortable workstation!
