Summer Fun

Good Morning and Happy Humpday. Humpday was a word I had never heard before in my life before logging in to Second Life for the first time. It’s just not a phrase that is used on this side of the pond. I’m still not sure how I feel about it. I know it’s supposed to be a word that describes getting over that middle of the week and it all being a race to the weekend but I have never been one for wishing my life away. I also love my rl job and don’t clock watch all day, every day to get away. I quite like the routine of my weekdays and find I procrastinate more at weekends. 

Then there is the word ‘hump’ which has two more common uses in the UK…one slang term for sex and the other meaning you are grumpy if you have “got the hump.” Be careful not to confuse the two…that could lead to all kinds of difficulties! Anyways, happy middle of the week! 

I had a lot of fun doing the scene and photo the other day. Glam Affair are really giving me issues right now with so many great LeLutka releases. I fell instantly in love with Lake and then along came Kim and now I feel like I am cheating on Lake! But gosh, I really am loving Kim too!
