Good morning. Happy Tuesday. We’re into the last week of the month and in the UK we’re in for a heatwave. I know there’s been a heatwave most places in the US too so I guess summer has definitely arrived. I already drink a lot of water during the day but that’s going to be even more important over the coming days to keep hydrated. I’ve been a little under the weather for a few weeks now. Nothing major but I have had an on-off headache ongoing all that time. I am fairly confident it’s just viral…I’ve ruled out most other things…switched my glasses to see if that made a difference, taken more screen breaks etc. Plus there is a sure-fire way of me knowing when I have a virus…my chest, neck and torso gets a heat rash…and guess what arrived yesterday! So, I think I’m going to take a couple of days off work and just relax some and try to let this virus work it’s way through.
