Can you believe it’s the last day of the month. We’re in to summer proper and it won’t be long before the PSL gang will be posting shots of their first coffee of the season on Facebook.

Today I’m featuring a few of my favourite releases that worked so well together for this photo. I need to tell you about this chair! Oh…this chair…I know this chair intimately! This gorgeous armchair comes in adult and pg versions from Fancy Decor. Full disclosure, not only do I blog for Fancy Decor but Jake, the creator, is one of my closest friends. He was telling me that he wanted to update the adult animations in this item and I suggested he added a couple of lapdances too (so there, my input was spend more money and add more stuffs!).

A friend of mine asked me a few weeks ago “where can I get really hot adult animated regular furniture that looks incredible” and to be honest my answer was “you can’t, that’s the holy grail”. Up until now you could either have exceptional adult animations or good looking sofas and chairs but I really do believe that the chair from Fancy Decor is a game changer. The adult animations are absolutely the top tier and as you would expect from Jake the items themselves are the high quality, detailed textures, that you would want.

Seriously, try this chair…it’s worth it.
