The Book Circle

I desperately need to find time to clean out my inventory. I try to do this as regularly as I can but it’s never really often enough. Finding items for blog posts and pictures is so much easier when things are ordered in the inventory properly. The actual exercise of going through items is also valuable as I find items I had forgotten about and it reminds me of the many fantastic creations I have tucked away in there. Often I find something that is made by a creator who is not actively producing new content and I feel nostalgic for them and also make a mental note to ensure I use the item in the near future.  The other reason, which I nearly fell fowl of during this scene build, is that when you don’t remember what you have…you sometimes buy it again! While putting this scene together I remembered the Trompe Loeil Bookworm Hideaway and teleported over to the store to purchase it. Just as I was about to click pay a little voice in my head said “you might want to check you don’t have this already”. So I typed ‘bookworm’ into my inventory search bar and there it was!

This whole scene was inspired by the latest release from InsurreKtion at TLC, The Liaison Collaborative and it worked so well with the KraftWork Travelling Bookseller Gacha, which is one of those packs that I’ve wanted to photograph for a long while but hadn’t yet found the time.  You can find all the details of the items used in the scene listed below.
