Aiming for the Perfect Tree

I’ve been super busy this weekend and one of my top priorities has been completing the ‘winterisation’ of my public sim TaKe Heart. I’ve made no secret of the fact that I much prefer Spring or Autumn as seasons but there’s something about winter that, ironically, brings a warmth to the soul.  I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to turn the sim into a wintery look but then I decided that from a practical point of view for blogging I needed a winter space and I’d also seen several people asking for a good winter theme sim for photographers. After all, that’s the whole purpose of TaKe Heart…to offer a blogger and photographer friendly space. Of course, the brilliant landscaper and even more amazing friend Sady helped out again.

I called on another friend to help me out with the photograph for today too.  Kobie’s the newest member of the ‘gang’ and a fabulous blogger in his own right and didn’t even bat an eyelid when I sent him a random ‘I NEED A MAN’ message yesterday morning. About the Stuff:

Today is all about a marriage of items from Tannenbaum and The Arcade! I’m wearing the latest release from Reverie which is specifically made for Maitreya in a range of winter warm colours and tones. The knit detail in the texturing is fabulous and it’s cropped to the midriff giving it a warm but sexy look.  ‘Top and Tail’ belong to The Arcade with my hair coming from Exile and boots from fri.day. The boots are unrigged which means they fit most feet and can be resized and moved to help with fit for long pants or leggings.

The pose is a new release from Drunk Panda poses and you may think we’re making a snowman but you’d be wrong…we’re halfway to making a snowpanda of course!
